Scenarios and maximum price
Optimistic, central, cautious and five stress tests (vacancy, works, charges, rate, rent). Maison gives the maximum purchase price that holds your cash-flow target, and the price at which a ruled-out property would pass your filters.
Data reliability and actual sales
Every listing gets a reliability score out of 100 (price reference, verified listing, costed expenses, consistent price) and, in France, the range of comparable DVF sales in the town, with the list of sales. A discount that looks too good is flagged.
Tracked checks
The points to check become a team checklist: to do, checked, blocking, with a note and a proof link. Then a decision: to study, offer, dropped.
