The service

Maison helps a household organise its property search: criteria, shortlists of public listings, reports and simulations. Maison does not sell, buy or let any property, contacts no agency on your behalf and enters into no transaction.

Information and simulations

Listings come from third-party public sources and may be changed or removed at any time. Income simulations rest on stated assumptions (rents, works, costs, loan); they are indicative, guarantee no result and are neither investment advice nor legal, tax or financing advice. Check every property (visit, surveys, planning, co-ownership) with the relevant professionals before any decision.

Your account

You are responsible for the access you grant to your household, its members and connected assistants. Do not use Maison to collect data about third parties without a legitimate basis.
