Maison is a private space to organise a property project as a household: searches, reports and shortlist e-mails. This page describes the data processed by the maison.yaam.ai service, published by YAAM (Armelle Tepong, Trockenloostrasse 160, 8105 Regensdorf, Switzerland).

Data processed

• Account: e-mail address and sign-in identifier. With “Continue with Google”, Maison receives only your name, your profile picture and your e-mail address (openid, email, profile scopes). No access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar is requested.
• Household and searches: household name, country, currency, criteria (budget, floor areas, towns) and invited members.
• Reports: shortlists of public listings, sources, observation dates and simulations saved for your household.
• E-mails: if you turn them on, the receiving address and the technical status of each sending.
• Security log: operations performed, timestamp and internal identifier, without any password or token content.

Use

This data is used only to provide the service: to authenticate you, show your space, prepare and send the reports you asked for, and secure access. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising. An assistant you connect can access your household only after your explicit consent, within the limits shown on the authorisation screen.

Hosting and sharing

Data and authentication: hosted in Switzerland (Zurich). Application: specialised host. E-mail sending: e-mail provider. These providers act on behalf of Maison. Each household is isolated: its searches and reports are visible only to its members.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account exists. From your space, “Delete my account” erases your account and your personal households; shared households are kept for their other members. The provider’s backups follow their own retention cycle.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data from your space, withdraw an assistant’s access at any time from its settings, and revoke Google access from your Google account.
